AVX Introduces New 0402 U-Dielectric Capacitors

AVX Corp. (Myrtle Beach, SC) has introduced a smaller size of its U-dielectric capacitors with NP0 temperature characteristics, the 0402 U-dielectric.
The U Series capacitors are C0G chip capacitors rated from 25V rated from 25V in the 0402 size, 50V in 0603, 100V in 0805 and 200V in the 1210 size. The 0402 capacitors are available in values from 0.5pF to 39pF. The higher-voltage U Series capacitors are available in values of 47pF in the 0603 size, 160pF in 0805 and 1,000pF in the 1210 size.
The 0402 U-dielectric capacitor is priced from $0.03 to $0.18 in quantities of 100,000 and is available from stock.
