With the proprietary software platforms that allow for the command and control of cloud-based systems, unique technology and products developed by our partners and the vast opportunities in the energy management and clean tech industries, we are very excited about the opportunities that this new venture can generate and expect it to contribute meaningfully to our financials in coming quarters."
