APT Intros Hermetic COTS - APT5032CVR, APT5040CNR & APT4030CNR

Advanced Power Technology (APT, Bend, OR) announced the availability of hermetic COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) at lower costs than the military equivalent for applications in harsh environments that do not require military screening. Available devices include the APT5032CVR (which uses Power MOS V technology) and APT5040CNR and APT4030CNR (which use Power MOS IV technology, all offered in the popular Hermetic TO-254 packages with ceramic seal. The 150W devices are drop-in replacements for higher cost military parts and are avalanche energy rated. TX, TXV or custom screening is available, if required. The 500V APT5032CVR offers an Rds(on) of 0.32 Ohms. The 500V APT5040CNR features an Rds(on) of 0.4 Ohms, and the 400V APT4030CNR has an Rds(on) of 0.3 Ohms. Pricing in quantities of 100 ranges from $49.08 to $50.04.
