AEC-Q200 Capacitors Measuring 18 x 21.5 mm are Rated for 25- to 80-Vdc
Panasonic announced that EEE-TP series aluminum electrolytic capacitors are now available in a new medium case size of 18 x 21.5mm at 25- to 80-Vdc. With a capacitance range of 390µF to 3,300µF, EEE-TP series medium case size capacitors are designed for use where high capacitance current capability is being demanded by the application.
The AEC-Q200 compliance of the EEE-TP Series ensures that these Capacitors are meeting the most stringent quality standards in the industry. If required, Panasonic is also able to provide vibration proof variants.
Applications are expected to include dc-dc converters, ac-dc power supplies and back-up power designs in automotive, industrial, computer / communications, smart meter and robotics designs.
These aluminum electrolytic capacitors deliver higher capacitance in the same case size (80% higher, and 40% to 70% lower than previous Panasonic capacitor series). They can withstand shocks of up to 30G (standard capacitors can withstand 10G maximum)
