ABB Power Electronics Produces CVD & TCS Reactor Power Supplies For Polysilicon Industry

ABB announced that its Advanced Power Electronicsbusiness in North America designs and manufactures both Trichlorosilane (TCS) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) reactor type power supply equipment for the polysilicon industry.
