12V / 17A FETs with 37nC Gate Charge for Li-ion Protection

ONSemiconductor has added a 12V Power MOSFET  designed for 1-Cell Lithium-ion battery protection. The EFC2J013NUZ features high speed switching enabling reduced dynamic power losses.

Optimized for applications such as power switches of portable machines, the EFC2J013NUZ  has a low gate charge of 37nC and is designed for ease of drive enabling faster turn-on times.

Low RDS(ON) of 5.8mΩ improves efficiency by reducing conduction losses in these 17A-rated, dual N-channel devices. These dual MOSFETs are delivered in a  WLCSP-6 package measuring 2.0 x 1.49 x 0.1 mm.
