1-Amp BiCMOS Linear Voltage Regulator with Enable

The NCP59800 from ON Semiconductor is a family of 1 A low−dropout linear regulators (LDOs) offering high power−supply ripple rejection (PSRR) and ultra−low output noise. This series of LDOs uses an advanced BiCMOS process to achieve very good electrical performance.

It is designed for use in noise sensitive Analog RF front−ends used in telecom equipment as well as audio systems, industrial control and networking equipment. The NCP59800 is available in the 3 mm x 3 mm DFN8 package.

The NCP59800 has an operating input voltage range of 2.2V to 6.0V and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 5V. The quiescent current is 60uA (typical)
